It’s almost bikini season! This means we are all desperately looking for quick fix solutions to get in shape to flaunt a hint of skin under the summer sun. 

Our bodies are 60% water, which means we NEED water to survive. But truth be told, not many of us remember to drink enough water throughout the day.
